How Long Does your Human Hair Wigs Last?
With proper care, our human hair wigs lasts up to three years or even more depending on how you wear it.
Can I shower with my wig on?
It is best not to shower with your wig on. Water can cause the hair fiber to frizz and matt. Untangling it causes pulling which in turn can cause significant wig cap damage.
What Kind of wig is best for beginners?
Closure wigs are best for beginners because it requires minimal styling. The most popular closure type we offer is the 5x5 size.
How often should I wash my human hair wig?
It is recommended to wash your human hair wig every 7-14 days of wear. Each time your hairpiece is washed, the lifespan of your wig is shortened.
Processing Time
Since our wigs are machine made wigs, all orders will be processed 5-7 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends and holidays.
Customized order will take up to take 10 business days to process.
Shipping
Shipment takes 3 - 10 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method you select.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, not from the date of order.
We offer worldwide shipping. If you need your order urgently, choose expedited shipping at checkout. Kadhair will not be responsible for costs incurred due to customs duties.
Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing order. Once item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for package. We are unable to refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will incur a re-shipping fee.
Returns
We have 7 days return policy. If 7 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE , THIS IS NOT APPLICABLE TO SALES ITEMS, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL !!!!
Also not applicable to CUSTOMIZED ITEMS BASED ON YOUR REQUEST INCLUDING LACE CUTTING !
Note: For every refund, processing fees charged by payment gateway and shipping cost would be deducted from your payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
